Orders
By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted, will result in a binding contract. An order confirmation email confirms that the contract is formed.
All prices are shown in GBP (sterling). Purchases may be made using a debit or credit card through PayPal, the secure online payment facility. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.Anastasia Young reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, and reserves the right to refuse any order.
Terms of Sale
On receipt of payment for the goods that you ordered, you will receive an acceptance e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. My acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding contract. Therefore, only adults (persons aged 18 and over) and other individuals who are lawfully entitled to enter into a legally binding contract under English law can make a purchase on this site.
UK Delivery
All orders will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which includes insurance. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for these.
Orders over GBP 50.00 are eligible for free postage.
I aim to deliver items within 5-10 working days. For customised designs or commissions, this may be longer depending on the requirements but will be confirmed by email when the order is made. You will be notified by email once the order has been posted.
International Orders
International orders will be sent by the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service. International orders may be subject to import taxes and fees payable at time of delivery. These fees are not refundable, and are the responsibility of the customer. I also do not refund international shipping costs. Orders returned due to refusal to pay possible import taxes are not fully refundable. If you have questions about international orders, please contact me.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods, provided that you notify me before the end of the seventh working day from the date you received the goods. Please contact me by email to advise you are returning the item and I will then provide you with instructions for returns. I will then refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days, providing that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched, then you must return the item to me at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.
I recommend that you use a recorded and insured delivery service (Royal Mail Special Delivery) as you are responsible for the item until it reaches me. I cannot refund postage charges unless an item is faulty, nor will we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU. Neither will I accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit.
For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
Customised or commissioned items cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy Policy
When you make a purchase through this website I will ask for your contact details - name, postal address and e-mail address, which I do not disclose to any third parties. Payments are processed through PayPal, the highly respected and completely secure, online payment processor. I assume no responsibility whatsoever for the provision of this service or for any financial loss incurred through the use of the PayPal payment service.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising of such use of the website is subject to English Law.
Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to illustrate the jewellery on this website accurately. Due to different computer monitor sizes, the jewellery cannot be shown at the actual size. I try to give as detailed as possible measurements and descriptions in the product descriptions. Please email me should you wish for more information or to see an item being worn.
